The platform is technically operated by Dionitech AG, acting as a service provider on behalf of albedis.

talentkiwi is a software platform that enables users to generate resumes (CVs) using AI-assisted document creation. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload or share content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform

4. User Content and Ownership

You retain all rights to the data and materials you submit or generate through talentkiwi. By submitting data, you grant albedis a non-exclusive, temporary license to process such data solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Documents generated through talentkiwi are automatically created using AI technology and may contain inaccuracies or biases. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any generated content before use. albedis provides no warranty as to the factual accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated materials.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, trademarks, design, and content (excluding user content), remain the exclusive property of albedis or its licensors.

7. Service Availability

We strive to ensure continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without notice.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, spam, or any activity that violates applicable laws or harms the Service or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, albedis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) by you for using the Service in the preceding 12 months.
